Private 1–1 Sessions
This is hands-on, individualized work. No two sessions look the same because no two bodies are the same — and no two days in the same body are either.
WHAT SESSIONS INCLUDE
Each session is built around where you are that day. Depending on what your body needs, we may work through:
Progressive strength training and load development
Joint mobility and movement pattern refinement
Balance, stability, and functional movement
Manual therapy, including myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, or other hands-on techniques when appropriate
Some sessions are strength-centered. Others focus more on nervous system regulation and recovery. Most include both. The structure adapts — the progression doesn't stop.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Initial sessions are 60 minutes and begin with a movement assessment to clarify what your body needs now and where we build from there.
Sessions are held in a private studio in Toluca Lake, Ca.
