About Liz
I understand what it feels like when your body changes and what once felt reliable no longer does. I've navigated my own back injury and autoimmune diagnoses, which is part of why this work matters to me beyond the professional.
With a background in professional dance and over two decades of experience in Pilates, yoga, and manual therapy, I bring both a personal and clinical perspective to each session. For more than 15 years I've worked alongside physical therapists, helping clients bridge the gap between rehabilitation and confident, independent movement.
As the body moves through different stages, what once worked may need refinement, not replacement. Each stage calls for a more precise and intentional approach. Rather than chasing intensity or quick fixes, I focus on rebuilding load tolerance, joint control, and adaptable strength that supports real life.
Hands-on techniques, including craniosacral therapy and other manual work, are integrated when appropriate to support nervous system regulation and restore mobility. The foundation, however, is structured strength development that evolves with you. My approach continues to develop as my training does, which means long-term clients are part of that evolution, not just recipients of a fixed method.
This work is collaborative and built over time. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s capacity.
Private sessions are held in Toluca Lake, Ca.
