Welcome
STRENGTH & RESILIENCE FOR WOMEN 40+
Private 1-1 sessions for women who want to feel better in their body and stay that way.
You've probably already tried. More effort. Group classes. Backing off completely. And the same patterns keep returning — flare-ups, plateaus, a body that feels less predictable than it used to.
Some women come in managing pain, old injuries, or the slow accumulation of years of movement. Others are active and fit but keep hitting the same wall. Most have already tried something else.
What they share is this: they want to feel capable and confident in their bodies, not just get by. And they want to work with someone who actually understands what their body needs.
That experience is real. And it usually isn't a motivation problem or an age problem. It's a recalibration problem.
When the body moves through different stages, what it needs changes. The work isn't to push through, it's to reorient and build from there.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You are a woman in your 40s or beyond who:
Is managing recurring pain, flare-ups, or instability that keeps resetting your progress
Is active and fit but keeps hitting a wall she can't logic her way through
Wants to understand what's happening in her body, not just be told what to do
Is looking for individualized structure, not another generic program
If you're fighting to maintain your capacity or working to become stronger, the approach is the same. Structured, progressive, and built around your current body.
Private 1-1 sessions designed to fill the space between physical therapy and a workout. Structured around progressive strength, joint mobility, and movement pattern refinement. Bodywork is integrated when appropriate.
