Private sessions are designed to help you rebuild strength, mobility, and resilience through structured, individualized movement.

As the body moves through different stages of life, what once worked often needs adjustment. These sessions help you recalibrate your approach so you can continue building strength and capacity with clarity and confidence.

Each session is tailored to your body, current capacity, and goals.

How Sessions Work

Sessions combine structured strength and mobility training with careful attention to how your body responds over time. The goal is not just to exercise, but to build a movement practice that supports your body for the long term.

Hands-on techniques may be integrated when appropriate to support joint mobility, tissue quality, or nervous system regulation.

Private Session details

Initial sessions are 60 minutes and include a full movement assessment to clarify what your body needs now.

Sessions take place in Los Angeles.
